1. Disclaimer of Affiliation with Roblox Corporation

"Roblox", game titles, character assets, and related trademarks are the sole intellectual property of Roblox Corporation or their respective copyright holders. All trademarks, game links, and game covers displayed on Scriptify.world are used strictly under fair use principles for identification, indexing, and commentary purposes.

2. Nature of the Platform & Purpose

Scriptify.world functions as a community-driven repository, search index, and utility sharing library for Roblox Lua scripts, loaders, and educational coding resources. The Platform allows users to discover, test, share, and benchmark scripts created by third-party community developers.

All scripts, code snippets, loaders, and files posted on the Platform are provided strictly for educational, testing, and private analytical purposes.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to register an account on Scriptify.world.
• Authentication: We utilize passwordless Magic Link authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining access and security to the email account associated with your Scriptify.world profile.
• Username Guidelines: Usernames must not be offensive, hateful, impersonate other script developers or staff members, or violate trademarks. Scriptify.world reserves the right to rename or reclaim any username that violates these standards.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities and submissions originating from your account.

4. Community Script Submission Guidelines

By submitting a script, code loader, title, or media to Scriptify.world, you agree and warrant that:

1. No Malicious Code: Submitting any script containing malicious payloads, remote access trojans (RATs), IP loggers, token grabbers, webhook stealers, phishing mechanisms, or cryptocurrency miners is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban and blacklisting.
2. Originality & Ownership: You must either be the original author of the script or possess express permission to distribute it. Submitting unauthorized leaks, stolen intellectual property, or cracked premium scripts is strictly prohibited.
3. Executable Lua Code: The Lua code block must contain directly executable code or a clean, functioning loader (e.g., loadstring(game:HttpGet(...))()). Embedding redirect loops or advertisements directly inside the raw code block is forbidden.
4. Accurate Information: You must provide an accurate script title, short description of genuine features, and supported executors (Delta, Arceus X, Codex, Solara, etc.).
5. Right to Moderate: Scriptify.world reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, edit, or permanently delete any script submission without prior notice.

5. Third-Party Links and Key Systems (Monetization)

Community creators may optionally include monetization links (such as Linkvertise or LootLabs) to distribute their script keys:

• Creators using key systems must ensure that their links lead to legitimate, working script keys and do not direct gamers to malicious adware or destructive downloads.
• Scriptify.world has no control over external third-party websites and assumes no liability for content, software, privacy policies, or actions of external link services. Accessing external monetization links is entirely at the user's own discretion.

6. "As-Is" Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE": All scripts, code, tools, and services provided on Scriptify.world are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• No Guarantee of Undetection or Compatibility: Roblox games and anti-cheat systems update frequently. We do not guarantee that any script will remain functional, bug-free, or undetected by Roblox anti-cheat systems.
• User Responsibility & Account Risk: The execution of any third-party Lua script within Roblox is performed entirely at your own risk. Scriptify.world, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any Roblox account bans, warnings, game kicks, inventory rollbacks, computer damage, or data loss resulting from the use of scripts found on this platform.

7. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Takedown Policy

Scriptify.world respects the intellectual property rights of developers and copyright holders:

• Ownership: Community authors retain ownership of the original code they create. By submitting to Scriptify.world, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and index your script publicly.
• DMCA / Takedown Notice: If you are an original copyright owner or developer and believe that content hosted on Scriptify.world infringes upon your copyright, please contact our legal team at:

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and remove the infringing material within 24 to 48 hours.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, overload, or compromise the security of our servers or APIs.
• Use automated scrapers or bots to extract database contents without authorization.
• Harass, threaten, or defame other community members or developers.

Scriptify.world reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, IP address, or API access at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms
